• Host Property Details: Photos of the property, physical specifications (height, width, fence type), and traffic volume estimates.
• Verification Data: Information required to verify your identity or property ownership.
• Financial Data: While we do not store full financial credentials, we collect information necessary for our third-party processor, Stripe, to facilitate payments and Host payouts.
• Usage Data: Details of your interactions with the Platform, including "Raise a Ticket" dispute logs and role-switching history.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

• Facilitate Transactions: Connect Hosts and Advertisers and process Booking Periods ranging from seven days to one year.
• Manage Listings: Display fence descriptions and photos to potential Advertisers.
• Process Payments: Coordinate with Stripe for the immediate payment of bookings and milestone-based Host disbursements.
• Resolve Disputes: Review "Tickets" and manage Administrative Holds on funds.
• Marketing: Utilize User Content (photos and descriptions) under a royalty-free license for platform promotion.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Between Users: We share relevant contact and location details between a Host and Advertiser once a booking request is initiated or approved.
• Service Providers: Financial data is processed by Stripe under their own Services Agreement.
• Legal Compliance: To comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) or in response to local council inquiries regarding signage and by-laws.

4. Storage and Security

• Data Minimization: We do not store full credit card or bank account details locally.
• Escrow Management: Payouts and disputed funds are held securely until milestone completion or dispute resolution.
• Retention: We retain account information as long as your account is active or as required by New South Wales law.

5. Your Rights and Choices

• Role Switching: You may toggle between Host and Advertiser roles within your application settings.
• Access and Correction: You represent that your provided information is accurate. You may update your profile details at any time.
• Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of our terms. You may also request account deletion through the app settings.

6. International and Regional Considerations

• Governing Law: This policy is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
• Age Requirement: Our services are restricted to individuals at least 18 years of age.
